This newest reprint of the Rule is in a pocket-sized volume, but includes all three parts of the Rule. It replaces both the old “Pocket Rule” and the full Rule. The only updates to the text are in part II (the International Statutes) so there is no need to replace Pocket Rules you may have that are 2019 or newer.
