This newest reprint of the Rule includes all updates that were previously printed only on a separate insert, recent changes to Part II of the Rule (the International Statues), and a new, more accurate translation.
The book is pocket-sized, and includes all three parts. You should plan to replace all earlier editions of the Rule (both the old “Pocket Rule” and the larger Rule) with this book as soon as you can.
