Vision SVdP Online Submission

Listening sessions are a valuable part of the Vision SVdP process.  This online submission form is not intended to replace discussion from shared sessions at conferences, councils, stores or other groups.  The form has been created for those who have additional observations.  Please participate in a group listening session before using this form. If you have completed a group session and wish to email a copy of your observations for collection you can send the results to visionsvdp@svdpusa.org.
